LEGAL ACTION: DISPUTES, ARBITRATION, AND INDEMNIFICATION
Velar Group, LLC is committed to customer satisfaction, and we will do our best to try to resolve your concerns. In the event you wish to pursue claims against Velar Group, LLC, you may seek relief through binding arbitration.
Arbitrations will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules. Any and all proceedings to resolve claims will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
